特种公司以基础设施养护加固运维、软基处理与泥资源综合利用、水环境综合治理为主营业务，是国内最早从事路桥隧维修加固、最早走出国门承担特大桥维修加固的企业之一，享有“桥隧卫士”和“工程医生”的美誉。经过二十余年的发展，特种公司业务遍及国内30多个省、自治区和直辖市以及中美洲、东南亚、中东、非洲等国家和地区，先后参与、组织实施的工程超过1000项，涉及大中型桥隧10700余座、累计养护公路里程超12900公里，路桥隧养护加固业务量连续多年在专业领域居于国内前列，是行业头部企业。

Established in November 2003 with a registered capital of RMB 460 million, CCCC Special Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (“CCCC SET”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of CCCC Infrastructure Maintenance Group Co., Ltd. It is a key specialized subsidiary of CCCC and a leading provider of infrastructure maintenance and inspection, environmental remediation, and overseas consulting and design services.
Renowned as a “guardian of bridges and tunnels” and an “engineering doctor,” CCCC SET specializes in infrastructure maintenance, strengthening and operation, soft ground treatment and sludge resource utilization, as well as integrated water environment solutions. It was among the first companies in China to undertake the maintenance and strengthening of roads, bridges and tunnels, and a pioneer in delivering large-scale bridge rehabilitation projects overseas.
With over 20 years of development, CCCC SET operates across more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China, as well as overseas markets including Central America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The company has delivered over 1,000 projects, covering more than 10,700 medium- and large-scale bridges and tunnels, with a cumulative highway maintenance length exceeding 12,900 km. Its maintenance and rehabilitation portfolio consistently ranks among the leading positions in China.
Driven by innovation and supported by a strong talent base, CCCC SET has developed over 30 key technologies in areas including rapid bridge replacement, infrastructure rehabilitation and maintenance, and sludge solidification, many of which are recognized as internationally advanced or leading. The company holds 255 patents and established 13 research platforms, including one at national level and three at provincial/ministerial level, and has received over 100 scientific and technological awards.
CCCC SET currently holds 31 qualifications, including Grade I general contracting for highway engineering, municipal public works, building construction, and mechanical and electrical engineering; full-spectrum Class A qualifications for highway maintenance; as well as Grade I specialized contracting and Class A design qualifications.
Recognized as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise under China’s Specialized and Sophisticated SME program, CCCC SET is also a key enterprise nurtured by the construction industry of Hubei Province and a major contributor to regional development. It is designated as a consulting entity for construction market supervision by the Hubei Provincial Department of Transport, and has received multiple prestigious honors, including Hubei Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise and Wuhan Five-Star National High-Tech Enterprise.
