中交资产管理有限公司(以下简称 “中交资管”)与中交基础设施养护集团有限公司(以下简称 “中交养护”)同属中国交通建设股份有限公司旗下的二级子公司。目前,两家企业正积极推进战略重组工作,采取“一门两牌”的创新运营模式,通过整合资源、优化管理架构,旨在进一步提升市场竞争力与协同发展效能,加快打造“运养一体化”专业平台,为交通基础设施领域的高质量发展注入新动能。
中交资管于2015年5月在北京成立,注册资本234.57亿元。是中国交建旗下资产管理的重要企业,也是其注册资金最大,投资运营资产规模最大的子公司,主要经营范围聚焦于资产管理、项目投资、投资管理、投资咨询、企业管理及财务咨询等。目前,主要负责高速公路的运营管理、资本运营、路衍经济开发等业务,业务遍布国内的贵州、重庆、湖北、广东、陕西、山西、云南、广西、新疆、北京等省市,已成立能源公司和旅投公司开展交能融合及交旅融合业务;海外已参与塞内加尔TT&AMT高速、喀麦隆克里比疏港高速等多个项目的运营管理。目前,中交资管运营管理高速公路45条,收费里程突破4200公里,管理资产规模突破3900亿元,员工总人数超过5000人。
中交养护作为中交集团在打造“五商中交”“率先建成具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业”的征程中,着力于供给侧结构性改革而作出的战略决策和前瞻性布局,整合内外部养护业务优质资源而设立的专业子集团,负责开展基础设施建管养综合性业务,是中交集团“投资-建设-运营”全产业链的主要组成部分。中交养护具有工程勘察、工程设计、工程施工总承包、工程试验检测等资质,在公路交通、市政工程、水流域治理等领域具有较强的“融资-检测-设计-建设”能力,尤其在公路改扩建、大型、特大型桥梁、隧道结构加固维修、养护、快拆快建、河道综合治理、资源综合利用方面占据行业领先地位。
China Communications Construction Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CCCC Asset Management”) and China Communications Construction Infrastructure Maintenance Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CCCC Maintenance”) are both second-tier subsidiaries of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC). Currently, the two companies are actively advancing strategic restructuring efforts, adopting an innovative “one entity, two brands” operational model. By integrating resources and optimizing management structures, they aim to further enhance market competitiveness and synergistic development, accelerate the creation of a specialized “integrated operation and maintenance” platform, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the transportation infrastructure sector.
CCCC Asset Management was established in Beijing in May 2015 with a registered capital of 23.457 billion yuan. As a key asset management entity under China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), it is the subsidiary with the largest registered capital and the largest scale of assets under management. Its primary business scope focuses on asset management, project investment, investment management, investment consulting, corporate management, and financial consulting. Currently, the company is primarily responsible for the operation and management of expressways, capital operations, and the development of road-related economies. Its operations span provinces and municipalities across China, including Guizhou, Chongqing, Hubei, Guangdong, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Yunnan, Guangxi, Xinjiang, and Beijing. It has established energy and tourism investment companies to pursue the integration of transportation and energy, as well as transportation and tourism. Overseas, the company has participated in the operation and management of multiple projects, such as the TT&AMT Expressway in Senegal and the Kribi Port Access Expressway in Cameroon. Currently, CCCC Asset Management operates 45 expressways with a total tolled mileage exceeding 4,200 kilometers. The company manages assets worth over 390 billion yuan and employs more than 5,000 people.
As part of CCCC Group’s strategic decisions and forward-looking initiatives to advance supply-side structural reforms in its journey toward building “Five-Business of CCCC strategy and “taking the lead in establishing a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness,” CCCC Maintenance is a specialized subsidiary established by integrating high-quality internal and external maintenance resources. It is responsible for carrying out comprehensive infrastructure construction, management, maintenance & operations and serves as a key component of CCCC Group’s full industrial chain spanning “investment, construction, and operation.”CCCC Maintenance holds qualifications in engineering survey, engineering design, general contracting for construction, and engineering testing and inspection. The company possesses strong “financing—testing—design—construction” capabilities in the fields of highway transportation, municipal engineering, and watershed management. In particular, it holds a leading position in the industry in areas such as highway renovation and expansion, large and extra-large bridges, structural reinforcement and repair of tunnels, maintenance, rapid demolition and reconstruction, comprehensive river management, and comprehensive resource utilization.
